coaching is support. a coach will work with you on your goals; help you to see possibilities; help you to overcome obstacles. with a coach you can create your vision, develop self-awareness, and learn to love your best self!
If you want a long term sustainable effect and are open to growth, then coaching is for you. It is not for everyone; you need to want to be coached. If you go into a therapists office they will work with you on your problems and specialize in helping you fix them. Coaching is a way to lead you toward a more full life overall, by realizing your passions and working with all the different aspects in your life to indulge them and engage more fully with the present. Change is not easy, but with a coach you can accomplish things you only dreamed possible. Kelly knows this because that is how she started on the path to becoming a life coach.
